No dreams. Taking meds. Have Vertigo & can't go swimming again. The whole world is spinning. Need rest.

Balance due to water. I use ear drops before I go swimming but I gave it a boost this time. I washed my hair & got water in my ears & then put my drops in before the water got out. But It happens to me no matter what sometimes. Wind can even do it. Both me & Mike have this happen. I'm deaf in my left ear so I already have a balance issue sometimes & he partially deaf in his right so we make quite the couple..
