Bit by a parasitic butterfly

Afternoon sleep 12:30pm-6:40 pm
I notice a small bump on my left hand pointy finger. There is something in it. I pull it out and its some kind of a tiny fly, like a gnat. Tiny black body, long legs. It's all wet from the fluid in my bump. As I'm holding it in the tweezers, it dries off, spreads it's wings and now it's a tiny butterfly. I can clearly see the antenae, larger upper and smaller lower wings. It has dark read, brownish and black pattern. Someone walks up to me and I tell him with alarm that this thing just came out of my finger. That's when it flies away. I know I have to catch it or it will lay it's eggs in somebody again. I take a swat but miss. I finally pinch it mid-air with my left thumb and pointy finger. I feel two stings, one on each finger. I'm like great, now I have 2 bites.
That person that walked up to me earlier, I can't decide if its a male or female. I think it's both, he/she is a friend but I'm cautious with him/her. He starts squeezing my finger to get the deposit out and puss and some blood is squirting out. I think I still should go to a doctor to get some antidote for the parasite.
(I dedicate this dream to a friend who likes to watch bot fly larvae removal videos)
