Graywolf

I hardly remember anything at all, but, I remember that I was talking to someone about how we were currently in the care of a higher race of beings (that is, they came into being long before humans and so are more evolved, physically and technologically). They weren't malevolent or degrading or anything, they were just out there somewhere, aiding us with advanced technology and making sure we don't get hurt. At some point he and I go through a transporter, like on Star Trek (for the record, Star Trek had a lot to do with why I had this dream, I'm sure).

They were telling me about them/our situation, since apparently I didn't know and yet was going to live there. I don't know if that means I'm on a different planet, or I just came out of a coma, or what.

I don't remember if the person I was talking to was also human, part of that race, or part of another race with evolution similar to my own.
