    Anatomically Incorrect Dr Who

    In this non lucid dream fragment I was under the impression that I was Dr Who, even though I was famale. I remember running to the bathroom from some people who were either my enemies or authorities of sort or both. I remember locking the door. I peed a very long time. I remember thinking that if they saw how long I peed they would not doubt that I was the Doctor. Of course, Dr Who is known for having two hearts not an unusually large bladder, but in my dream, I did not know that.

      When I told this dream to my husband, he asked "The bathroom, was it bigger on the inside?"

      I just realized: this dream mirrors elements of my latest lucid dream! (LUCID: Toilet in Wrong Place, Stabilize, Dissolve DC, Flying! - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views) - just like in that dream, I lock a door and think someone is after me, and in both dreams I have to pee. The big difference of course is that in my lucid dream when I noticed the toilet in the wrong place, I became lucid; whereas in tonight's fragment, when I noticed how extraordinarily long I pee, I accepted my mind's rationalization for it "I must be Dr. Who, and he can pee that long." Come to think of it, it is quite possible, I didn't even think I was Dr. Who in this dream until I needed a rationalization for this extra-ordinary ability.
