This dream involved ad issue that stuff needed to be updated in a database from a handheld and from computer and one could not have a server. This had something to do with a medical institute, and one of the patients came up to me while I was taking a break and wanted to know whether she could leave now. I explained that I was an IT person and could not decide that. Interestingly she spoke to me in Polish. While she spoke to me I was lounging in a chair on the patio.
