    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

    Good morning. Still bad recall, mostly because I'm too lazy to write things down. I blame it on the beer!

    Fragments
    *I'm in the shower, and I have a strong feeling that someone's tampered with it. I look at the drain and try to find the... whatever it was. A camera? Something wasn't right and that's what triggered it. Too bad it didn't trigger a LD!

    *I'm taking a swim in an outside pool with two girls in bikinis. They are hot as hell. The water is warm and the sun is very strong. "I didn't think it was gonna be this hot out!" I tell them and look at the sky. It's all blue with no visible clouds. We splash around some and I look at the sky again. This time I can see clouds starting to form.

    Amount of sleep: 10 hours

    Food before bed: Beer and white russian


    That's it! Sucky. I want a Lucid! I'm starting to lose focus, but I won't give up! It's just that I got alot going on IRL so... Well well.

      Yes, alcohol and dream recall don't generally go together!

      Stress often doesn't help. Have you tried some quiet meditation before bed? I find, for me, it totally raises the chances of getting lucid... But, it helps the stress too!!

      Hmm I did dream alot more before when I meditated. Then I had like 2-4 dreams a night even if I slept 6-7 hours. I will start doing so again!
