Oobe style Dild LD this morning at around 7am🌞 - as I don't need to be anywhere early this week I have enjoyed the extra morning time to Practice.

Suddenly I was aware that I am trying to read some text on a piece of paper in front of me. I am trying again and again to read it with no avail - "'I must be dreaming" I think and look around me - I am in my bed room and see my bed and what looks like a lump under the covers which I assume is me. I immediately try to levitate up and out of the roof but I just keep going forever so I decide to abort this plan...I see the hatch is open ( attic room )with light streaming in I dive down there and make my way into the living room where my bf is sitting watching the TV. I sit down in front of him and wave - he doesn't see me - I watch him for a while, he is laughing to himself and looks content but then his face starts to turn really sad and tears come down his cheeks ... then he starts to laugh again within all the tears. I am touched at his humanity 🐚 and throw a cushion at him to make him aware I am there - at this moment I awake inbed 🌸

When my dream body is back in bed I stay still for a while and ponder on the differnet feeling of how it felt tobe LDing and the starkness of WL - It seems to me during LD ones focus is very much in the front of ones head... hard to explain that feeling🌌
