After WBTB, I relaxed in bed, made my affirmation about multiple wake-ups and immediate "phase" cycles, did a trial cycle and tried to sleep. I had a hard time though and over an hour passed with me awake...
At some time I feel myself in bed and imagine that I am flying - and I get a quite interesting sensation - like a half dream (I feel the bed but also some of the flight ) and I am not keeping my height also... In bed again and remember that before this a was in a different dream (that I failed to remember upon awakening). So, immediately I try to roll and I notice a strange sensation on my face. So I stick with it, move my face up and down and it's moving free! Starting from that I move my whole body and I am standing up without sight! I try to see a forest arround me without success...
I touch my hands and feet to stabilize when suddenly, I see the flour - I am in a room. I see arround and I am quite short - the chairs are higher than me... I imagine myself getting taller and here I go....But immediately I am in bed. I try again the "phase" ...nothing. Most likely, end of REM.
Short lucid but I enjoyed the experience!

After WBTB and intention, I realized an awakening as soon as it happened. I imagined and immediately felt the rotation and I was in my dream body. Did a RC (+) and stood up but i had no sight. Tried to see a sunny grass filed with no success. Then, suddenly I saw that I was in a house. I decided to stay there and explore. Walked arround, teared a wall (with a bookshelf) in two and opened it like a door (taking care that it would not tear appart), lit the house (as it was dark) but had a hard time keeping the light on and trying to fly in the house. After some unsuccessful attempts I was in bed again...

Last night was my second trial of the "phase" method (DEILD variant).
As soon as I woke up in bed (after WBTB), I stared cycling the visualizations and by the second cycle, I got a strong moving sensation. Did one more cycle, the movement sensation intensified and I strongly felt the separation. Was in bed again but I knew sth has happened. Slowly moved my hands together, tried the finger through Palm RC: +
I felt very happy! Feeling and rubbing my hands - that I knew were dream hands - I got up and was in a different apartment. Looked around and there was a window. It was a tall building, so I jumped and slowly hovered to the ground. Manifested shocks and shoes (as I was in pajamas) and walked on the street rubbing my hands and looking at the beautiful sky. I tried the glowing ball manifestation for my shoulder 3 times (the third time the wind blew it away like dust). Then I tried flying towards a tree, but I found it difficult. Then some DC came close and I was tricked into a normal dream...

Last night, I discovered a new technique, a form of DEILD, outlined in a book called "the phase", tried it and it worked!
After moving my phantom limbs, I freed myself and I was flying over a dark valley. I landed and remembering my intention, I materialized a ball of light suspending between my hands, grew it bigger (unfortunately while growing it, it lost its glow and seemed like and ordinary yellow toy-ball) and placed it on my aching left shoulder (to see if I get a cure in real life - I will find out in a few days a guess). Then I flew again for some time with no difficulty enjoying the night view over the fields and landed in a church, full with people attending a ceremony. Right after that, a huge UFO landed on top of the church and I lost lucidity going into a normal dream, that I do not remember as I record everything in the morning.
