I'm surprised I remembered this... ._.

Yep! It is really interesting how lifelike something like food for instance can be. I remember one time when I was about 6 I had this dream that I was in this giant ocean of Sprite! It was amazing because it tasted so good!

Here is one of my more recent ones though...

The first thing I remember is that I pulled up in the parking lot at the local Sonic for lunch. (probably because that is really what I had for lunch earlier yesterday. lol) Anyways, I pulled up, got out of the car, and went inside. I remember opening the doors and holding them for some elderly lady and her grandkids. Then I went inside and got in line. The place was pretty busy. As I made my way to the counter to place my order, the cashier informed me of a contest to design thier next menu item. I thought I might as well try so I got my foot long chili dog w/ Dr. Pepper and got a table.

As I was sitting there I studied the menu, looking for areas where it appeared my entry would stand out. As I was scanning, I noticed that they didn't sell a double cheeseburger!! I was amazed. How could a fast food joint not serve a double? Anyways, I decided my entry would be a simple double cheeseburger with a large fry and a drink. I finished eating and got up. Then the dream kind of seemed to just fast foward to the next day.

Anywyas, I pulled up in the same spot and got out of my car. Not only did I have the entry paperwork, i had gone and made my own double cheeseburger with fries and a drink! I carried my precious cargo into the restaraunt, and it felt like I did this every day. I started to get that feeling where you just start to question what the heck you are doing, but then decide it is perfectly logical anyways. So in I went with my meal and placed it on the counter for the cashier to examine. In the dream it seemed like I already knew I was going to win the contest and sure enough, I had won. I didn't seem to be concerned with the prize and asked the cashier if I could have the cheesburger back. He said he would need it for a few minutes to show the cook and then he brought it back. I figured I may as well be the first one to eat a cheesburger named after me and then went and got a table.

As I sat down, the dream scene changed slightly. I was still in the same restaraunt and everything, but outside it got really cloudy and stormy all of a sudden. Then it started raining really hard. At this point I am really close to becoming lucid because i start wondering how the weather changed that fast. Then suddenly, I hear the tornado siren go off. For some reason I come to the conclusion that I am in Arizona however and am not worried because I didn't think Arizone had tornado's. Then however, the roof suddenly lifted off and the wind began blowing, sucking everyone out with it. I was the only one left and I was hunkered down between the boot seats, clinging on for dear life. Then for just a spit second I became lucid. I realized I was dreaming because I couldn't really feel the wind blowing on me and I actually seemed to be able to hold on fairly easily, despite the storm ripping the roof off. It literally was only for a second though because then I think a piece of debris came and smacked me in the face and I woke up.

Althought it wasn't lucid for about 99% of the time, it was still at least a good dream in that it was clear and easy to recall this morning.

Current lucid dream goals...
-Stabalize the dream each time I become lucid
-See how fast I can run and if it is consistent
-Meet someone special I have been wanting to for a long time now
