    1. Distractions

      Catch up sleep and counting anchor after dream journalling gave me a couple LD's tonight
      Tried to stabilize and do my dream plan but lost myself talking with dream characters and lost lucidity
      Keeping your intention forefront and urgent is lucidity saving
      Need to work a little more with my dream plan so that whatever situation i happen to be, i can work from there instead of trying to solve a problem
    2. Urine induced lucid dream

      After a 45 minute WBTB, without exposure to artificial light, decided to drink a cup of coffee and half a banana.

      It took some 30 mins or so to fall asleep, although i expected to remain awake ( which alleviated the pressure and fear of failure so to speak)

      In the dream i feel an urge to pee, so i have a false awakening and go to WC but it does not relieve me, so this makes me remember to RC

      The LD lasted until the urge was too strong to remain asleep

      This was an interesting finding, and surely opens some avenues for experimentation. There is already a technique called urine initiated lucid dream. It can generate false awakenings about using WC and this can be exploited to realize lucidity

      This cup of coffe had a strange diuretic effect. I did not drink water during WBTB

      I probably can substitute water for coffee, although i may miss the coffe stimulating effect on mind faculties

      The urge to urinate can be a trigger to RC and if the urge remains after peeing should be a sign one is using a dream body.

      If one is well hydrated, proabably there will be more than 6 opportunities to pee in a day and to build this pee-RC reflex. And if one trains to remain with the urge to pee and not immediately visit the WC ( which must happen if one is to remain in bed ) it can also be used to RC at every urge you feel. But be careful not to change your bladder habits or disturb its autonomic functioning. Be aware that you can also urinate in your bed, it might happen in theory.. But if you get lucid before peeing it should be no problem

      This urge can also be used to wake up and WBTB

      Gonna keep some experimentation on this

      DEiILD/WILD after natural awakening

      OBE style exit. Get out of bed, open my room stores and window and jump while watching my hands to keep senses engaged.

      I arrive at the 0 floor and find an open hall. I enter it while still trying to stabilize and deepen my senses. I try to remember TOTM and the first i decide because i think it will be easiest is to find the christhmas present.
      So, as i turn back i see a christhmas pine and the present in a red wood box.
      I open with and there's another red box inside, something like the marioskas. Some impatience arises, as i find this will become an infinite regression lol. The last box had only, yeah, ahh... money. The coins i have saved during the year or so, you know the coins with the lowest value we carry in the pockets and gather at the end of the day, don't know how it is called in English.

      Then, i go outside and begin singing that i am lucid and don't give a fuck what dream characters think, then faded and could not DEILD

    4. another WILD success

      Bed time : 23h. Woke up naturallly at 3:40. Listen to the tape twice (30min). Woke up from dream at 5:30

      2nd night in a row where i woke up naturally and listened to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irzDKzALjoQ, while focusing on body sensations and, sporadically, on visual colours (phospenes) after which i let myself fall asleep while retaining some awareness of the body. After some time, which i didn´t notice, the hypnagogic sensatons began and as usually i begin the drem as soon as i feel i can move my dream (lighter) body and get out of bed.

      My lucid confidence is increasing ! Hope this good streak continues ! For a long time, i am beginning to think it's better to have a previous dream plan

      WILD/DILD (?) - i don´t know exactly how i got into this dream but i am exploring and refining a WILD approach and so i think it had something to do with it ( in my experience many DILDs result from WILD attempts and vice-versa)

      Very short lucid: So i realize i am dreaming. I am with a clone of myself and i am touching it and playing with it, looking at it and whatnot..I think to myself that if i can have a clone in my dreams maybe i can remain lucid for a longer time.

    6. SSILD stubborness

      Boring short lucids, again..

      So, i woke up after 4h30 of sound sleep, without recall. Decided to do WILD with SSILD cycles. So, after a long time in bed, watching, hearing and feeling i finally get the free-float sensation and know i can get out of bed with my dream body. First exit, my senses very dormant, my vision poor and creepy. It fades soon, back in the free-float void. Get out ( DEILD ) of bed again. Now, a little bit better. After an hand RC, I jump off dinner room window, and it´s dark out there. i am flying around a tree and looking at my neighbour's windows. I recalled the feeling of being a child and having very similar flying dreams. I am Peter Pan again It fades soon too.
      Can get out bed again. In my dinner room i try to summon a DC but my mum comes, and i punch him ! I am not an agressive guy but i like to punch and kick my DCs. well, jump off window again ( always do when i'm home, so watch out ! )but this time, i try to make the sun rise, and a small speck of light, not the sun, appears and dispels some darkness. I fly over a small wood around my house and find a DC, a neighbour of mine. It fades.
      Now, i can´t DEILD again. I let my self fall asleep, and only nlDs.

    7. Wait, 6 fingers ?

      I was talking to a DC about a list of subjects and decided to use my hand to be easier to remember what i was saying. when i notice, i am touching my sixth finger and, then, notice there's a seventh finger. Oh, i am dreaming. I don´t stabilize, just go to a bald head DC and try to write something in his head then returned to talk to the first DC but i lost my lucidity and my recall is poor. I remember when the dream faded, i tried to DEILD, which means i retained some lucidity until the end. But, besides the feeling of becoming lucid, nothing special about this dream.

    8. Vortex trip

      After 6h30 of sleep woke up to record my nLDs and after that let myself lay on bed, daydreaming, sometimes falling into micro-dreams, but didn´t fell asleep for 1,5 hour. then, decided to shift to my belly and, knowing i was on the edge of sleep, decided to observe any image without loosing my awareness.

      Very soon, i find myself on a vortex ( happens sometimes ) and i know i am wilding, then another random images, and finally a real 3D dream location. my senses a bit dormant, but didn´t need to stabilize or stimulate them. i find myself in some college corridor, the walls with shiny wood. very nice dream definition, and cool place. I see a female DC on an elevator, i got interested in talking to her, but the dream takes me ahead. now i am opening a door that lead to a classroom, and i enter. I see two female teachers and also female students ( yes, only female DCs in this dream ). They look at me with strange eyes. I wonder how interesting their facial expressions. then i see a computer on the classroom and decided to test if it would work properly. It seems like the notepad is open and i begin typing some letters. it worked decently: same keys provided the same letters.

      while i was typing the two female teachers ( one was black skinned ) were behind me and i was afraid one of them did something annoying to me, but the black teacher only shouted « hey» and i look to her.

      then i decide to leave the classroom, and take one more chance to look at the students. how nice their facial expressions, how nice the image definition.

      then, perhaps because of the female dream content, and motivated by lust, sadly i tried to find a pretty DC.
      i won´t go into details, but i woke up too soon. shame

      besides waking up too soon, i really didn´t have an interesting sexual experience so far, because it seems like the anatomy is different.

    9. Never too late for lucidity

      Bed time: 1h20 / Wake up: 11h20

      induction: relaxation, mild, alarm deild, mild imsonia 1h

      4h10: first natural awakening, immediately went to bathroom, thinking about my dream, but only at the very end of sleep do i remember some fragments. I remember being in the city i lived before i moved to university; i was wandering around the city, and i saw some familiar faces, many had aged a bit, but the feeling of seeing them again gives me a good feeling. This is a very recurrent theme

      5h50: second natural awakening; very quiet awakening; very vivid dream but aversive dream content. As i try to remember the details i close my eyes and notice there is still some visual hypnagogia. i felt i could have tried DEILD, but opted to DJ instead

      6h-7h: i choose to do some autogenic relaxation and MILD, but it was difficult to fal asleep again for an hour. Also set my alarm deild.

      10h20: wake up with lots of dream fragments, almost like i had many short dreams. i didn´t jot done anything. At this moment, i began thinking i have not much more time to become lucid for 16th competition. i think i give up my intention, but still try again some autogenic relaxation and manage to fall asleep. At some point, i find myself lucid in my previous home, and began to walk very fast and touch every thing i can, while trying to find some dream characters . for some reason, they only appeared at my brother bedroom, but they morphed very soon. During the dream, i had to recover my vision twice. to be more accurate, i waited for it to return, while touching my body and moving around and also visualizing. I kept moving back and forth, trying to find DCs. For just a small visit, i leave my house and go to the apartment complex's hall and stairs, but i felt the environment was more unstable and returned home. At the third attempt to recover my vision, i accidently moved my real body and chosen to wake up. It felt like a 3 min LD, not bad

    10. Boom ! 4 DILDS !

      i had a 9 h sleep and 4 DILDs last night ! they were all very short ( max 1 min ). my mean is 2 DILDS per week and usually very short.

      the first one i got lucid after a DC said « what if this is dream ?». i asked him to remind me again in next dreams , but he didnt so far

      i was in bad shape ( insomnia, being harsh to my self for not noticing clear dreamsigns...and so on ). previous night i slept for 3,5 hours, then insomnia came and i spent the rest of night trying to WILD and giving up to hypnagogic hallucinations.

      i changed my atitude last night, i decided to focus on dream recall ( this was my first goal when i started LD ) so not to put much pressure on myself, and tried a dzochen technique ( fall asleep while imagining the A letter on the centre of the body ) depicted in «dream yoga and the practice of natural light».

      Also during my day i was more aware ( counting footsteps when walking, counting breaths when quiet, starting from zero after some count or situations like doorways; for short periods, imagining everything as if i was lucid dreaming ). it makes a lot of sense to me that if i just go by daydreaming, lost in thoughts and not noticing life around, this mindset is carried into sleep too. i wonder if you can be a good lucid dreamer without lucid living..may be but i don't want that to myself..i want both

      today i will do the same thing, without expecting the same results ( which is already a challenge in itself )
    11. 31 january - no goal

      This morning after 7h of sleep, i got lucid when i understood a shift in location.
      i said to DC ( btw he also transmutated) that i was dreaming and he said that we were all dreaming ! Fine, i thought. wihtout any consideration for stabilization i imediately started flying , and i got my pay -off my dream faded.

      its really important to learn about stabilization tecnhiques, so you dont waste your oportunities !!
    12. OBE and LD ?

      Well i Woke up seeing my body in bed. Now of course i realize im dreaming. I rub my hands and against the Wall but i got somehow impressed with the vividness of it and i decided i dont want to dream like OBE. So i returned my body and this feeling was weird, very realistic.

      I could have explored the dream but I'm glad I made some progress.

      I think I have both LD and OBE, so I guess it's pretty much the same thing
