      Exclamation Trouble With Fuzziness

I was just wondering because some of my lucid dreams have been fuzzy lately. why is this so? Am i losing control of the dream? I feel as if i go blind in an LD sometimes. Thanks in advance!

Sometimes you have clear and vivid ones, sometimes fuzzy. Just rub your hands or try some verbal commands to make the dream more clear.

I always find focusing on my hand makes my dreams super vivid. Look at the individual strands of hair and the nails, count the fingers. The more you focus on the hands the clearer the dream is when you look up. Also, the more you concentrate on the dream the more details you pick up.

Hope this helps and good luck

This happens to me too sometimes, you can try stabilizing normally or you can try verbal commands like clarity now, increase vividness etc. like others have reccomended

Have you been stabilizing your dream? I recommend you read this guide.

When things go fuzzy or black, it helps me to rub my hands or touch some other objects in the dream. The important thing is to anchor your other senses in the dream. So touching, hearing, smelling, tasting whatever you can. The visuals will come back naturally once you're grounded again. Also, you can try shouting "clarity now!" Sometimes I clap my hands as I say it.

Also, looking around all over the place while running will engage the dream and cause it to stabilize.
