Thread: Need some tips on how to make my LD's last longer

Blinking can be troublesome when you are new with LDing. It can connect your dreams to what your eyes are doing and open them up. Laying down can also do this. I would recommend staying away from these until you know how to stabilize pretty well.

One way is to follow some stabilizing tutorials:

I use dream control to do it with my watch, but that is a little more advanced.

Wow, I would love to have hours of LD and dream stabilization will probably become more of a focus of mine considering that i've had more than a few lucids.
