Hey guys. |

Everytime you wake up, there is a conscious transition state between waking and sleeping, I think this is what is generally utilized by professional Lucid Dreamers but thats not the point. |

Dream Remembering Tier: 3/5 (Sometimes I would, sometimes I won't
Lucid Dreaming Tier: 4/5 (Most of my dreams remembered are lucid, there are hardly times which I'm not.
Dream Control: 2/5 (I can do it anytime I choose, the problem is that it burns me out in the dream
Dream Guide: Kuhn (Or maybe it's Kun)
Every time you wake up, just lay there for a moment with your eyes closed and try to remember your Dreams. Go over as much of your Dreams as you can remember and you will continue to remember them after you wake. Don't expect to remember every Dream though. |

I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

I use to do that all the time! Here's what you need to do go to bed with mind set that you will write down your dream, keep reminding yourself as you fall asleep. Trust me it will help. |

Up on Melancholy Hill
There's a plastic tree
Are you here with me?
Just looking out on the day of another dream
I'm working on dream recall too. I'm not sure if this will work as I have yet to try it but try telling yourself to dream of a person or whatever you want to dream about before going to sleep. Something I've read somewhere about recall. Hope it helps. |

You can sit up so you dont fall back asleep right away. First thing I do when I wake up is memorize keywords from the dreams I can recall, since I don't journal in the middle of the night. Then when I finally wake up in the morning, I remember the keywords and that triggers the dreams. |

A great piece of advise I have learned is to visualize and take in as much detail as you can while you are awake, over the course of the day slow down and analyze every detail of your surroundings. Also read a book but try to imagine what is happening in the book in as much detail as you can. |
