I can show you photons from a specific light source that may change their path based on air temperature, density, and moisture (refraction, mirage, etc. aren't restricted JUST to ground level!) Things don't always appear where they are supposed to appear! Also, ball lightning changes speed and its path erratically.

Not saying it was photon funkiness or ball lightning necessarily, but those two things rule out a number of sightings.

But I cannot show you a helicopter that does that.
