TL;DR - In less than 90 days, police can fly drones below the previous flight height limit.

If it gave people more choice it would mean greater accountability. However in this case it appears to mean severely lowering the accountability. As long as the police force is getting privatized, I should be allowed to choose which department I am subject to.
