That's ridiculous, North Korea can't build anything like that for shit. Their 'nuclear demonstration' is suspected to have been a mine full of TNT and all of their craptacular attempts at even inter-country missiles have fallen in the sea.

Yes.

If we rid the planet of people who believe the earth is flat by teaching them science this is generally accepted as ok(though not universally eg creationists) But if get rid of them by killing them people usually have issues with it. If you can't see why then I can't really help you here.
