Who's driven sweet cars in their dreams?

I drive my own Toyota Land Cruiser plenty... But I've also gotten behind the wheel of an old Chevy Caprice (drove like a boat), a Jaguar X-type (man it was smoooooth), a few Jeeps, and a Ferrari 458 (oh BABY it was fast)!

Driving has always been one of my real-live hobbies, and I've always been blown away by how realistic driving a car in a dream is, lucid or not, and how each car feels different even if I've never driven one in real life.

So what have you driven?

I drive quite a bit in dreams but usually don't even realize what car I'm in. One time I had a dream that I got a red mustang and I did drive that up and down my street. It was pretty sweet and the dream was very vivid and realistic so I actually woke up thinking it was real. I wasn't too disappointed though as I can't see myself with a nice car irl

I love dreams about badass cars. Usually, I get a car or a motorcyle that I can't specifically identify. They are usually just the most insane, sci-fi-looking vehicles you could imagine, but otherwise rather generic.

Interesting that mine are fairly specific. Like the other night I had a dream I stole a silver Lexus IS250 and got chased by some guy in a red Chevy minivan.

Cars are incredibly realistic in my lucids. I've driven a 2010 Camaro (and crashed it!), a black Audi R8, a Lamborghini of sorts, and I want to drive a Porsche Carrera. I rarely see cars in my regular dreams, but I love summoning them in my LDs.

I also stole a red Hummer once during a lucid, but it's hard to remember.

Normally in a dream I drive my Protege or my 4wd Chevy pickup. Sometimes I still dream about the Camaro I had when I was 16. These are always from first person perspective and usually nothing too crazy but pretty realistic. Once I was racing an older Camaro on a dirt track with jumps, from third person and that's the only dream I can remember wrecking a car lol

Ooh I also just remembered this dream where I was hauling ass away from these guys in the desert, they were in a big 4wd truck like mine and I was in what resembled an old GTO, gunfire was exchanged

Once in a non-lucid my stepdad let me drive his bright orange minivan (which he doesn't own in real life) and the wheel was unresponsive. The car would make extremely slow turns and just drove like it was on a frozen block of ice. I nearly collided with some guy's lambourghini.

Lol. I have 'car-trouble' dreams a lot, too. It's been a while, though, probably because the car I'm driving now isn't a piece of shit. Hahaha.

Heh I hear ya. I love mine, but it's old... I keep having dreams that it overheats or the fuse box catches fire or something like that... Thankfully nothing like that has ever happened.

My most vivid one was a flying car that took me to visit my deceased grandparents, it was a very intense dream.

On several different occasions, in one i had turned 16 and i was driving for the first time and the breaks weren't working i was frantically trying to stop for a red light. and the truck disappeared.

I rarely drive in dreams. I only recall driving some SUV. I think it was a Cadillac Escalade.

I want to drive a lamborghini though. That would be fun.

I think being a mechanic is really getting to my head

In my dream last night I was driving my Land Cruiser and the transmission started slipping in first gear! I was freaked out! I don't have the money for either a transmission or a car! I looked underneath and one of the fluid lines had come off and all my transmission fluid had drained out, so I set about trying to get it back on. Then I woke up.

One time I was in a dream that was a mix of GTA and NFS, and I stole a car that was a mix between a Lamborgini Gallardo and a Ford Mondeo. The weird thing is that I have never driven yet knew exactly what to do.
