Thread: Share your dream from last night in one sentence

An extremely vivid, end-of-REM WILD where I had a false awakening, asked my mom what it felt like to be in a dream, counted my fingers (five on each hand), explored a landscape made of fake snow, and randomly summoned my third grade teacher who was wearing a lululemon hoodie and shorts, both made of coarse pink velour fabric.

1) I was in a small, futuristic kitchen with metal panels for walls, and I saw two women putting on thin, smooth, shimmery pink shirts; the shoulders each had a donut form under the fabric (like how a skin implant works, but for a shirt).

2) I was posting on reddit to ask about peoples' experience with supplements for increasing dream vividness, and a few people commented to patronize me about techniques and unrelated things I already knew, with no mention of supplements, which made me angry.

I can see the source for both these dreams. The first dream (and the dream from the other night, which also had an odd emphasis on clothing) is because I recently got a big hole in my favourite pants and have been stressing out about replacing them, and being unable to find something. The second is because I recently participated in some reddit communities related to dreaming and found it stressful.

1) I was in some kind of restaurant/theme park hybrid with very tall tables, and the server gave me a glass of red wine that had chunks of chocolate cake in it, which slowly became soggy and fell apart.

2) DILD where I was in a city, and I transported myself to a tropical island by flying through the city, using an Airbender staff, until the buildings ended and I reached sand, trees, and water.

+ camouflage military cars drive by me, I see a huge throng of people, some carrying Ukrainian flags come towards and past me

+ a political rally, people are arguing against a new law

+ [vivid, long] examining naval military vessels, detailed view of some gun sighting constructions, hop on to a boat cruise as a stowaway, swim in bright white sand lagoon with a girl, buffet party on boat afterwards

+ [fairly vivid, medium length] taxi ride from airport, we're on runway and small plane takes off directly at/over us, drive by childhood home, drive down lovely flowering streets, get off mini-bus, ask taxi driver for his business card, he says I don't have to pay, but can pay next time, his name is "Mihu."

+ trying to DJ on separate sheets of paper, can't find a free spot on the pages to write, two guys are commenting and are critiquing my writing as being ungrammatical

+ FA (LD #292), nose pinch after "waking" in bed shows I'm dreaming, then I feel myself wake up in the same position in my waking bed

+ billiard performance art: a troupe of players dressed in human-sized billiard balls recreate a famous historical game

+ mob bicycle: strange rectangular tubular bicycle with a "gearshift" that looks like a bicycle horizontal combination lock, trying to get it to move?

+ instrument performance: setting up, viewing/listening to other players, see sheet music

+ green guys singing: a group of 4 short guys gather at a counter (in a mall?) and start to sing

Mostly family get-togethers.

+ an injured baby is placed in a spine/neck decompression device and grimaces in horror/pain as it is stretched out to twice it's normal height

+ observing rotten tires lining a dock/locks now visible with lower water line, thinking about the clear water in another state's swimming pool

+ stopped behind a truck at a stop light, there are ladders in the back with bands that move up and down, distorting the faces of a boy and his mom who are holding on to the ladders

+ tell somebody about the baby stretch dream

Investigating a murder turns into a lucid dream.

The variant saga continues.

Something about being on a bus.

Flying around carrying the Bruce B, trying to sneak into some government building to retrieve files someone stole from us.

Once again putting on my trench coat to solve a murder.

Dream about whatever I watched before I went to bed.

Nap: Feverish dream about being in a computer room and everything seemed to go sideways. When I was waking up from the dream taking a swing. (punching the air).

Yesterday dream ended with a couple of vases getting broken by random accident.

Last night, saved a bird together with its partner from being killed by a younger version of my black with white spots feline friend.

Had a dream about work where my supervisor asked me about fortunes, but I but I thought they said virgin, and it started this hilariously awkward moment of me explaining to them that I'm not a virgin lol

Going back in time dream to do the task of the season but, the alarm went off.

I had an FA after a very long time, I was amazed how one of my kids set the carpets in the apartment.
