Extremely hard. It will take far longer than a normal WILD and be much harder to enter SP/dream. But can be done. Don't know if the difficulty lessens with practice though <.< |

It can take an hour if you aren't extremely relaxed. Also, your body isn't in REM yet, the period of sleep when dreams are formed, so even if you manage to enter SP, there's a good chance you'll just drift asleep without entering a dream. |
