Well, for recall it's atleast an 9/10. Unless you can go through the entire dreams several times in your head and pick up details, you need a DJ. To induce lucids I'm not sure, the DJ keeps me motivated enough to get lucid, so it's important for me. Now here's the MOST important thing about it all. As you all know, dream memory fades and soon you can only remember certain dreams. Why I think writing them down is very important is to relive those dreams. Just like pictures of a party or special occasion, you relive the moment through them.
