Damm, I don't think I could stand watching that for half an hour... I used to have a subliminal message program called brainbullet on my computer, and I think it kinda worked but I've stopped using it. Maybe I should go back to it...

It is absolutely a placebo, or just the fact you were dwelling on LDs for such a long period of time. According to research provided by my psychology professor subliminal messages, when they work at all, only effect the subject for a few seconds tops, contrary to what is often claimed and believed. And by the way, a friggin hour and a half? Geez!

I didn't WATCH it for an hour and a half. I watched it an hour and a half before going to bed. I probably only watched it for five minutes or so.

I had a lucid dreaming frequency, thats supposed to change your brainwaves into a certain theta wave perfect for lucid dreaming. It seems like this would change your mindset for more than a few seconds, but then again i guess its not really a subliminal message. Either way, it would be ideal for wbtb, if you were tired enough to sleep with them in.

Well, binaural beats work for me, so like many have said before, WHO CARES IF ITS A PLACEBO EFFECT.

Lol when I first read Your post I knew you meant that you watched it 1 and a half hours BEFORE bed lol, anyway I use binaural and isochronic beats and even the subliminal Lucid 'song' they seem to help placebo or on placebo

The entire purpose of subliminal messages is to convince into believing you really are a lucid dreaming master. Eventually your subconscious mind will bring these thoughts to fruition in your conscious mind.
