Lucid dreaming in Media

Here we post all the shows, songs, movies, video games that have lucid dreaming, shared dreaming or AP. I have 2: 1) Inception (DUH) 2) Spongebob Ep 15 pt 1: Sleepy Time. Spongebob has a dream and his dream body astral projects. He soon realizes he is a dream body and enters his friends dreams thus preforming AP, Shared dreaming and Lucid dreaming. What other media stuffz has Lucid dreaming or the sorts in it.

House, M.D. - House has a few dreams and realizes he's dreaming after a few moments. Episode is "House's Head". What irks me is how the media always shows people knowing that they're in a dream. LDing isn't that common!

If you see any character in any film or television show that seems tired, wearied, powerless or self-aware (easily mistaken for bad acting, but it is far more deliberate), then you're watching something about lucid dreaming. That character is in a coma, and is dreaming the entire thing. He seems weary and self-aware because he isn't so good at controlling the dream, and has just given up trying to. At best he'll drift along with the drama the dream characters live through, and at worst he'll just play a bit role, repeating the same quirk or joke or role throughout without even trying to enjoy it.

Well I know lucid dreaming has been reported on news programmes and documentaries. I can't name specific instances, apart from those I added to the DVTube system.

There is an episode of American Dad in which the son, Steve, uses lucid dreaming to live out his fantasies. Then his sister and the fish trick him into thinking he is dreaming while actually awake and he does crazy things. Here is a clip: Steve thinks he's dreaming There is an episode of Fraggle Rock in which all the main character Fraggles have a shared dream to help Boober with a nightmare he's been having.
