I haven't personally, but "reluctant" DCs shouldn't be able to actually stop your lucidity if you're aware enough to maintain that state of mind. Regardless, I'd get away from them as soon as I could, just in case. |

I had a dream this morning where I was talking to my dad in the kitchen. I had a strong urge to do a reality check, so I did the nose plug. When I started doing it dad started yelling at me and said "your not dreaming, stop!" As if he resented the idea of me taking the blind fold off of my eyes. So have any of you guys had dreams where DCs try to convince you your not dreaming when they see you doing a reality check? If so please post the dream. |

Try not. Do or do not. There is no try.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Yeah, it can be very annoying. |

Yeah, they always become sarcastic when I wonder if I'm dreaming. |

It happened several times to me. After I become lucid they tell me I am not dreaming. |
