Didn’t think it would that useful!

So, yesterday, I tried listing to a video called " Brainwave- Dream Tunnel - Theta Meditation - Binaural Beats " on youtube. [ I can not post links, sorry ]

Anyway, I listened to it in bed [ after MP3ing the video ], 20-30 minuets before falling a sleep. I had one of the clearest dreams ever.

I will not tell all the dream but, I will say the main points. I was in an exam, a final exam which oddly was only one papper long.

I got to my home an kept thinking was there another paper? Did I solve every question right? It was nearly like real life.

      Anyone had similar experiences?

I've read that you shouldn't use earbuds for binaural beats so I've yet to attempt using them. I have a few downloaded and ready to load onto my iPod. I just need to find my over-the-ear headphones before giving it a go. If other people post their positive results using binaural beats, I'll definitely have more incentive to look for my headphones.

Actually, binaural beats have always worked for me, even with ear buds. It helps to be in a quiet, dimly lit room so that you don't have to worry about outside noise in the first place. It also helps to tell everyone in your house that you're busy and to shut off your phone if you have one. Give it a try!

It depends which ones your using I would imagine. I have this app named "Ambiscience sleep and nap" which has a lucid dream segment on it. I listen to it sometimes but I don't usually notice that much of an effect.

I've gotten a few here and there from the forums and various torrent sites. I've been trying to find an app for the iPod that will give me some good binaural beats, subliminal messaging, or other audio that I could listen to at night that could possibly help. I'm basically willing to try anything. Also, I can't find an app to use as an alarm for WBTBs. There was one app that used to be on the marketplace that was made just for Lucid Dreaming but it's gone now. Do you have a good alarm app that will shut off after just a bit and won't repeat?

Yea, I dreamt that beacuse I think my mind is missing my friends. I should note that I will not see them again because I am going to another school the next year.

I will try using binaural beats even more after this. The dream was so clear and I still remember everything in it.

earbuds will work the same as cans as long as they are binaural

Not to be a dick but seeing as you only have a single post, there isn't much credibility to that claim. I'll try anyways. It doesn't matter if someone just joined or not, if there's even one other person who thinks so, then I should give it a try.

I've used a few subliminal videos and they really work well. I also like isochronic tones you don't need any headphones or anything for them. And it really doesn't matter if you use ear buds but it would be better to use high quality noise cancelling headphones, but not everyone has those : () Also if the headphones are playing the same thing in each ear they are not compatible with bi neural beats.
