I HAD MY SECOND LUCID DREAM! - I think?

I'm just going to copy what I sent to Jarhead, for a second opinion. I know it's long, sorry
If you could help me out - thanks

I'm 99 percent sure I had another lucid dream!
THe problem is that I'm not to sure, because I didn't write it down, because I'm sleeping in my parentss room on a matress, so I didn't want to disturb them by writing it down, either that, or I didn't wake up, and it must have faded.
I'm not sure how I became lucid, I think, I didn't actually become lucid. It was like a sudden realisation.
And then I just began doing stuff.
I flew, and, talked to people, and then went into this bar.
I hope it was a lucid dream. I don't remember it to well, but I know bits of it, and I'm SURE I was lucid!
      Aaah
I'm so glad you gave me that dream control article, everytime something starteed to fade out, I just stopped, focused. And it came back in!

If you knew you were dreaming it was a lucid dream! Do you remember realizing that you were dreaming? If yes, lucid!

Nice work on staying in the dream!!
There's a lot of contradiction in that post hehe, your sure but not sure. At the time, were you aware you were dreaming, or did you just have a dream about flying and talking to people etc?
If you knew you were dreaming it's a 100% lucid.

It was mainly because I didn't write it down when I woke up.
So, my memory is a little dodgy.
I'm like very sure I was lucid.
But I didn't do an rc, I just became really aware?
Maybe it was the wild "I am dreaming"
Or the slight bit of ADA I've been practicing

I haven't had many lucids but the ones I have, I never gained lucidity through a reality check, it just dawned on me Nd the RC confirmed it. So sounds to me like a lucid .

Yeah sounds to me like you had a Lucid to..you were aware. Reality checks usually confirm you are dreaming they don't make you lucid. Make sure you keep up with your dream journal, the more you keep it up the more you will be able to remember your dreams. So many peeps have Lucid dreams but don't know they had one or they know they did but don't remember much, keeping your dream journal with help you to remember your dreams and remember them clearly then next time you have a lucid you will wake up and remember every part of it. Good to see your stopping and focussing, keep up the good work
