2 LD's in one night, wierd experience, questions

So tonight I had 2 LDs one was a DILD with a FA afterwards, and the other was a WILD attempt just minutes ago. In my WILD attempt, I found it hard to fall asleep on my back, and on my sides too, so I tried to WILD in an unnatural sleep position (at least for me) which was on my stomach with one hand under my body. When I entered the WILD after the vibrations and noises, I was in my brothers room, I managed to get up and look outside and notice it was nighttime, but then I woke up in my room, still in a LD but I could not get up. I could move my hands but my vision was very blurry, and I think at least 4 times I actually did wake up but fell back asleep in SP, and entered the WILD within seconds. My question is, is it possible that I could barely move/see etc. simple because I was in an unnatural sleep position? I do remember my hand being asleep under my body weight when I entered. Thanks for any help in advance!

Hmmm..not sure myself about this one but what i will say is when I used to enter SP i used to be lucid in my "dream" yet i knew it was a dream, i was always in my room and "something" was with me trying to harm mne etc..which would be HH, anyway from what you say it sounds to me like you may have woken from your lucid into SP as you were in your room but couldn't move..this is very much like a dream and the person involved thinks it's a full lucid dream yet I think it's like an inbetween state of being awake and being asleep..I'm sure i'm right on this one , thios is what i get and what you have described is the same as what i used to get..hope this helps and i haven't rambled on too much lol

I know what you are saying, but I remember getting up from my sleeping position and being stuck in a almost sitting/kneeling position in my room and I was able to close my nose and breathe, and therefore was able to move my arms to do this, but I was not able to get up and start walking around as I had done in a WILD 3 days ago, and in this WILD I was sleeping on my side. How can I prevent this, I''ve heard it has something to do with focusing too much on your physical body during the LD.

Ahh I see..yes focusing too much can hinder you, also sometimes in a WILD you can get that "boggy" feeling where no matter what you do you can't move, or move just a little...I have had that a few times but don't get it much now...when this happens have you tried imagining that someone has come to help you..think of the person and they will come and pull you up out of your body into your dream body, sounds crazy but it can work..also imasgine yourself falling through your bed, even closing your eyes and thinking of a place will make you be there. It's easier than it sounds, I have been stuck like that a few times without the bad feeling and there has been nothing that would help me so I closed my eyes which sent me into a "normal" dream but atleast I wasn't stuck. Last one..ha I done this only a few weeks ago..I was stuck in bed like you, I couldn't move but I knew I was in a lucid so I imagined myself rolling out of my body, be sure not to move your "real" body though, can be a little tricky at first then in my lucid i could feel my real body aswell as my dream body ..weird feeling, but it worked that was the main thing, and the more my dream developed round me the more the feeling of my real body went..hope this helps a little more matey
