Waking up after every dream was one of the things that made me successful at being a natural lucid dreamer. I know I still do wake up after each dream, but I don't remember doing it at all nor am I really aware. |

Have you tried using a mantra? "I remember waking when my dreams end " or something similar? Repeating this every night before bed could help you out. It did for me, unfortunately i lost it. But I plan on getting it back. |

Mantra could help you. Another good thing is to drink water before sleeping, as then your body will give you a reason to wake up after the REM cycle so that you can go to the washroom. Once you make it a habit, it becomes second nature and can happen without you using a mantra/drinking water etc. |

Current goal: Learning pyrokinesis and FUS RO DAH
I'd be happy if I didn't. I don't always recall something when I do, but waking up several times during the night kinda disturbes your sleep. Mantras are your best shot along with drinking water. Or timing your cycles and setting an alarm. |

Here is a REM chart, you can set your alarm accordingly with this. I would recommend it after an REM cycle. |
