Totally possible - as is anything that you want in dreams. A lot of dream control techniques can be applied to exactly what you are looking for. Same with summoning techniques and whatnot. Focus on (well, obviously - lucidity) and then dream control. Being able to bend your dream setting to your will, as well as being able to fill that place with the people that you wish to see/meet.
