I'm getting much better with my WILD technique. I read something interesting that said to imagine combing your hair and to imagine what each comb feels like from the comb on your scalp to the pull through. It kind of helps on the awareness side to. I think it helped the most with ignoring what my body was doing and helped a lot with relaxing my eyes.

This only gets me so far. I get numb and tingly and to the edge of starting SP but as soon as I feel the beginnings of SP I find the feeling so jarring that it takes me back out and my eyes flicker a little and I need to start again from the numb and tingly stage as I don't move. Any advice for that?
