Going to sleep at the same time?

I see everyone puts to go to bed at the same time every night, I was going to bed at 11:30 every night and then the night I go to bed at 2:30am I have a really long lucid.

      Fine..don't comment then!

Not much to say really.. Assuming you woke up later you must have had a long REM time so. Longer rem time = more time to become aware

I heard that happens sometimes. Could be due tohowtired you are. Try it again and see what happens. Congrats on the lucid.

It's probably a contributing factor, but there are many factors. I know going to bed at the same time is one way to have a good sleep and it's recommend that you have got a good sleep pattern if you want to become lucid.

      Either way well done
