      Been Having Trouble..

      These past few days, i havent really remembered my dreams, or even thought about lucid dreaming, and it gets a bit frustrating in the morning. i sem to be gettilng lazy and forgetting to set my alarm or just not doing my DJ even when i know i should and i havent had a ld in a long few weeks.....

      I need some motivation and stuff.

      Is there anything i can do TONIGHT to help?

      Hi suck..have you tried setting you alarm through the day to remind you to reality check, works pretty well for a lot of people. You can just say a mantra as you go to sleep and the bonus is it helps you fall asleep because you get bored while saying it lol. Don't write a full dream when you wake just write a few words that will help you in the morning to remember then spend just ten mins scribbling it down, you could even voice record your dreams save writing them down. It can get a little disheartening at I es but please don't give up it will be so worth it when you are lucid dreaming and the more you lucid dream the easier it gets to do it again and again. it's a wonderfully thing to do so please don't give up..you have all of us on here to help you through the hard parts. You will get there just trust in yourself it just takes a little time but you can do it. Good
