I have decided that I will do reality checks (Pinching my nose and looking at my palms) whenever I am close to my dream signs that are possible in the real world. I dream a lot about playing pokemon and minecraft, so maybe I should perform 30 second RC's every 10-15 minutes, while observing my surroundings? I aslo have frequent dreams about being at school. So should I perform my 2 types of checks at school for a couple of seconds and observe my surroundings also? If you could give any information, it would be great! Thanks for reading |

Thanks for the advice. But I heard that doing RC's all the time is pointless, unless they link to your dream signs? I'm not sure |

In my personal experience, a RC should be something you find a connection with, even better if it will be something you will easily recognize in a dream. |
|
I will experiment with my dream signs and maybe run into new dream signs |
|
Or just try ADA. As some would say "an all day RC, the dream is your Dream sign" |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
Minecraft dreams?! I had many! |
|
I have not yet researched ADA. I will now though |
|
I put post-it notes all around my room on objects I interact with on a regular basis. They all say, "Am I Dreaming?" When I see them, or interact with the object they are attached to, I look at my hands, then around the room, and ask myself, "Am I asleep? Is this a dream?" |

Your resistance to something,
Is the only power it has over you.
This too, will pass.

Holding your nose is a great RC technique, I would keep that one if I were you. Never fails for me, always induces lucidity. |
|
Have you checked if these RCs work for you in your LD? |
