I have often found that with my LD's, no stabilization is needed. My LD's are constantly crystal clear. I was just wondering if this happens to anyone else? |

This can definitely happen, though i have not heard it happen that often. You might be very lucky, or you are actually doing stabilization techniques without even noticing. Do you spin around to get to different places? Do you use your sense of touch often within a dream? Do you use your 4 others senses often? Another possibility is that you don't go crazy in your dreams, and i mean crazy like blowing up cities or traveling to different universes. Usually taking your lucid dreams slowly and calmly help make them longer. Hope this helps! |

Sure, i learned how to LD in a time with no internet, so I did not really understand stabilizing for a couple years. I still managed to have some good LDs. Being good at stabilizing is how you can stretch out the LD for the entire REM cycle, as long as 30-90 minutes if everything goes perfect. 90 minutes is ultra extreme, but 30 minutes should be attainable with good stabilization training. Not every time of course. |

Exactly right. You might not think you need stabilization techniques, but they will help you extend your LDs and make them longer, even if you don't need to make them clearer. I use stabilization techniques if I ever need to improve clarity or quality, when I feel that a dream is fading out or I am about to wake up, and sometimes even when I don't need to improve anything about the dream but want to remind myself that I'm still lucid during a really long LD - often making me hyperlucid. |

This happens to me like 90% of the time I'm in an LD. I don't even have to stabilize anything. Everything's always clear. |

Oof.
My Lucids could definitely be longer as at the moment they seem to be just around 3 - 5 minutes long. I will try some stabilization techniques ASAP and hopefully i'll be able to extend my LD's. Thanks for the help! |
