Hey guys, as you can tell, I'm new. I've had one LD (MILD) and I want to ask something. What is the best LD technique with these rules:
1. I don't want WILD!! (too confusing).
2. I absolutely DON'T want to wake up in my house. Something creepy ALWAYS happens. (Pick location when you start, I guess. Don't care as long as I don't wake up in my house or anyone else).
3. Preferably I would like to lucid dream in the morning.
So which technique (Famous or your not-so-famous one) would be the best? I would like it to be fairly reliable.
