5.- W.H.A.T = "Wife has arranged trip" technique.
Any planned trip to coast for the day with wife driving. Gets me in a nightmare state with uncontrollable lucidity.
6.- S.A.D = " Sad all day" technique.
When I have miserable days, my dreams seem to compensate, and allow me a few lucid moments.
7.- T.I.R.E.D " The irritating repetitive eating dream " technique
If I can not get into a lucid state, I start to use all my senses for dream initiation.
Just using visualisations can often send me to sleep, so I imagine eating, or tasting a favourite food
Irritating sometimes, as I have to get out of bed, and raid the refridgerator.
This technique is not good, if you are on a diet, but can work when all else seems to fail.
8.- P.A.G.A.N " Play a game after nine "technique
Start playing a computer game after 9pm, then go to bed at 1am
No relaxing before bed.
Just turn the computer off after playing four straight hours, then jump into bed.
No further technique needed, as you will continue with the game in your dreams.
9. - C.A.R.T " Climb a rope technique "
Used by many to reach lucid o'o'b' states
10. M.I.T.T.H.A.D " Mushroom induced trip to higher alternate dimensions "
