At the point you could breathe and move again, were you awake, or in a lucid dream? Did you realise that you were dreaming while you were trying to push her off? After you could move and breathe again, did she vanish? Did it feel like waking up again, or did you still feel like you'd been awake from the start by the time it ended?
I don't have much experience with OBEs, but from what I've read and heard it doesn't quite sound like this one was. If you realised that you were dreaming and later noticed the transition when you woke up (if you just felt different, or found that your eyes were actually closed and had to open them again), then it was likely a vivid lucid. Or it could have even been a vivid non-lucid dream (if you woke up after it but hadn't realised you were dreaming until you awoke) or sleep paralysis (if you were awake right from the start.)
I've experienced similar things, both in lucid and non-lucid dreams, where I'm in bed being trapped by something and can't properly move or speak and then wake up afterwards. Hopefully someone else who has had more experience with OBEs can answer this, but to me this sounds more like being to some degree trapped within your body than leaving it.
