      Excitement induced lucid dream?

Im always trying new ways to induce lucid dreams until i find perfect way for me. Everybody knows how important it is to have strong itention to having lucid dream. Today i had idea what if i use my emotions with a intetion? Like Trying to create some kind of emotion while falling asleep to make me lucid.
I went to sleep. Then after 3 hour later i woke up naturally decided to try this new theory. I started thinking about lucid dreaming and that soon i was going to be in lucid dream. I started to feel the excitement of being lucid and i decided to fall asleep when the feeling was strong. I silenced my mind and kept the feeling and i fell asleep really fast. I became aware of the dream as soon as it started i was lucid. It was so vivid and clear. I could think very clearly like i was in reality. Everything in this lucid dream felt so amazing even though i didnt do much. It just looked too real. When in recent ones nothing excited me i was lucid and did random stuff but it felt like dream and i ignored stuff but in this dream i was so lucid that everything just amazed me.

I havent had this vivid experience in long time and this made me wonder why my lucids have turned out this way. I realized when i stopped getting excited my lucid dreams became very dreamy. I now think that excitement will make dreams more vivid and clear because when i look in my past lucid dreams i can tell that every single lucid that werent so memorable and vivid i didnt feel excitment in them all most at all. These super realistic lucid dreams are why lucid dreaming is so unbelievable.

I will try to use excitment as dream stabilization just by having the intention of getting excited when becoming lucid and see how it will affect my lucid dreams. This could be double edged sword because too much excitment will make me wake up but if i use it just enough all my lucid dream could become so vivid that it feels like reality. What do you think about this theory?

I would use desire with excitement, I mean real strong desire, for something your passionate about and want to do in a LD(that you can do only in a LD, like experiencing some sort of fantasy, better than flying or teleporting). This can help you induce the lucid dream(preferably with MILD) much easier, and make you focus on that goal you want to do in the LD so excitement won't run you over and wake you up. Even try to meditate about that desired goal to increase your desire to do it. Excitement and desire motivate, and that is the answer. Hope I helped, good luck

I usually get everything i planned to do in that lucid dream done but its not same when your lucid dream is more dreamlike. I have had these lucid dreams that just seemed too realistic that it feels that it shouldnt be possible and anything i do in them feels just too amazing. Then there are these lucid dreams where i do cool things but its feel more like dream but they are still fun. I want to have more those super lucid dreams. Its like comparing ps2 to ps4 and ps4 is just much better in graphics. Today i succeeded to have those realistic lucid dream by again being excited. I lost my strong desire thats why i thought this technique could momentarily create desire and excitment to have these super lucids.

Try calea Zacatechichi. It's a supplement that increases the vividness and awareness in a dream very very much, and it's cheap. 9$ for 50 pill.lasts a month. you can buy it from amazon. Read its review on world-of-lucid-dreaming.com and the link is on the bottom of the review
