      Dream Theory

Is it possible to share a lucid dream or have the same lucid dream as someone else. Is it possible to have the same dream at different time periods. Is it possible to control multiple dreams at once. Is it possible to lucid dream wile awake. is it possible to jump or enter a friends dream day or night. Is it possible to die in a dream?

All these theories are (scientifically) impossible or disproved. I am a tad confused what you mean by LDing while you are awake. I mean, we are consciously aware that were awake, right?

That doesn't mean they ARE impossible though.

There's loads of interesting things that happen in lucid dreams. You just have to see it for yourself to believe it.

I am inclined to say yes to almost all of your questions, although i have my doubts about being able to jump into someone else's dream. The effort of shared dreaming might not work in such a linear way. I also have my doubts about having exactly the same dream more than once. I suppose you can have a similar dream. But if you are experiencing a dream say one week after you had it before. Woulden't that make it a different dream by default?

Is it possible to share a lucid dream or have the same lucid dream as someone else.
I think it is possible, not proven yet scientifically. You can read more in my post

Is it possible to have the same dream at different time periods.
Exactly same, I think no. You may recreate almost the same dream, but it would not be exactly the same.

Is it possible to control multiple dreams at once.
Subconsciously yes, consciously no. Logically you can control one dream at a time, but others will unintentionally be controlled by your subconscious. You can read more here on my opinion

Is it possible to lucid dream wile awake.
Complicated question for both nREM and REM dreams you need to be sleeping, so no. But some people believe that we are also dreaming while we are awake, however that is not a lucid dream.

is it possible to jump or enter a friends dream day or night.
Maybe yes, maybe no. Read more on shared dreaming topic above.

Is it possible to die in a dream?
I think it might be possible, but I do not know a single event of people dying in dreams. How would you know if the person was dreaming when he died? Almost no way, well you might be connected to EEG at that time, but that is not going to happen in close future

      Here's my take on these;

Is it possible to share a lucid dream or have the same lucid dream as someone else.
No, but it may be possible to get 2 people to interact while lucid dreaming if in the same room, either subliminally or directly.

Is it possible to have the same dream at different time periods.
If you mean like a recurring dream, yes.

Is it possible to control multiple dreams at once.
As a man no (can't multi-task), but maybe a woman can (ha ha). I think it would be very difficult to actually multi-thread like that. We're too much hard-wired for a first-person view of the world.

Is it possible to lucid dream while awake.
I suspect it is in the sense that some people may be able to just close there eyes while awake and have a lucid experience. In theory the brain could create the virtual image for you just by closing your eyes, but I suspect it would be a very rare trait.

is it possible to jump or enter a friends dream day or night.
You could dream that you did it, but it wouldn't work for a real friend actually dreaming.

Is it possible to die in a dream?
Do you mean have the sensation of dying in the dream (though not actually die)? Yes.
If you mean would your brain actually cause you to die by dreaming that you did, I doubt it.

Is it possible to share a lucid dream or have the same lucid dream as someone else.
      No.

Is it possible to have the same dream at different time periods.
Yes: they are called re-occurring dreams.

Is it possible to control multiple dreams at once
No, you can only experience one dream at a time.

Is it possible to lucid dream wile awake.
Yes, but not how most people think. The only way possible is due a a rare disorder (can't remember name) in which the person get's an overlap of dream sensorial input while being awake. Just imagine like you were getting up and reaching the bathroom and then suddenly you'd start dreaming at the same time (kinda hard to conceptualize to be honest).

is it possible to jump or enter a friends dream day or night.
      No.

Is it possible to die in a dream?
      No.
