      Question Half-dreaming and half-WILDing

These last two days I've seen something really weird, I find myself having hallucinations that work just like you expect a lucid dream to work, I can feel some sensations and get some snapshots, I can act just like if I were dreaming, yet I don't see anything but rather with my mind's eye.

If a lucid dream is about seeing a video while feeling sensations, and hypnagogia is about having some hallucinations, my case is a bit of both, I see but I don't see, I "dream" but I find myself awake enough as to stop dreaming by moving my leg for example.

It looks like I should try to move my body when I'm experiencing those hallucinations just in case I'm completely asleep and my dream is half about me sleeping in my bed half about something else... on the other hand I might just be having some kind of extreme hypnagogia and I'm actually staying half-awake...

      What should I do?

Sometimes this happens to me too. I know that i'm lying on my bed but my room is changing. I'm halfway there. It's tough, because we are paralysed, we want to move to start explore the dream, but we cannot do it yet, because we can wake up. What i do is start to move my arm very slowly. If i feel that i'm starting to wake up, i stop, stay calm, relax, enjoy the imagery and wait some more minutes for the dream to completely form. Then, when it's done, i slowly move my arm again and at this time i'm moving my "dream arm".

You are very close. I have similar situations where I am WILDing, and suddenly a "Dream scene but with my mind's eye" appears of me slipping, and I jolt out of bed. This jolt sometimes happens a little time after I have fallen asleep , then I trip in the start of my dream, and jolt out of bed. I wish I am not slipping or tripping when I reach this state, because I would be very very close to completing the dive. You are very close too, just be passive until the dream forms. Really this is the hardest part of the dive, because you need to be careful when to "enter" the dream.

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Great, so you mean that after an entire year and a lot of experiments with my sleep schedule plus a couple of crazy tricks here and there, the only thing between me and the dream is moving my arm slightly and then jolting out? Cool

no no no, I am refering to myself. I didn't use the arm trick when I had these jolts, plus these jolts are unintentional. The dream starts by me slipping, so I react by jolting myself, again, unintentionaly. These jolts are reflexes. Note: when the dream appears and I jolt, I would be fully conscious. I don't know why the dream starts with a slip or trip. So, your case is much better then mine, but don't jolt your arm, cuz you will ruin everything. I like the moving my arm slightly trick to see if I'm in. You should be passive with your approach. Too aware, and you won't sleep. Little aware, and you will fall asleep before entering the dream. And in my case, jolting is my third problem:p.
Again, Sageous explains this way better then I do, so feel free to forget what I just said, and see his course.
