Here's a quick alternative that can speed up the process exponentially. Hopefully, you are able to take the ten minutes out of the day to right up a little chart that you can fill in quickly in the morning. |

Iv'e been trying to lucid dream for around a year now but iv'e had to stop writing my dreams down in my DJ because I don't have enough time to write down my entire dream in the morning due to school. I already wake up really early for school (Around 5:45) and i spend most of that time getting ready. When i do have enough time on the weekends it takes around 30 minutes to write down my entire dream. I would like some tips on how to compress what i write into a smaller format that takes less time or maybe even other ways to take less time to write down my dreams. My dreams are also usually a page or two long. |

Maybe in the morning write a couple details. Then when you come back you can continue off where you were before. Even the details can help your recall and just finishing it after is no problem. Just write the details first. |

I record my dream audibly in the morning. Just use a voice recorder, it'll take a couple of minutes. |

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Yeah iv'e had a couple. MILD seems to work best. Even before i go to sleep in the first place it seems to have a chance of working. |

I plan to buy a voice recorder myself very soon since I have a very similar time problem, until then I tend to write down keywords in my DJ--a very very quick summary of the most prominent/important parts of the dream that usually make me suddenly remember the rest of the dream when I see them. |

Here's what i do. Under my pillow i have a small note book. After waking up. I write in the things as fast as possible but so that i can still remember the dream. Now once doing that, I write it up in more detail into my DJ, once i got time for that. |
