@ Hikotage- What type of martial arts? I also love those movies. Do you like 300? Tibet must be so beautiful. I would love to climb Mt. Everest! Chocolate is a guilty pleasure of mine too. I like reading memoirs; will check it out. I recommend Long Way Home, a memoir by Ishmael Beah. @ Aziq- I find it so interesting that most people that have replied are introverted. I wonder if people who are interested in lucid dreaming tend to be introverted, which might make it easier to have lucids since introverts tend to be very self-reflective and are therefore more able to be self-aware. I admire young minds, such as yourself, whom are open to music from all generations and not stuck in their own generation. I also read The Outsiders in school which I enjoyed very much. I did see Basketball Diaries the movie, but never read the book. Loved your quote about judging a fish on its ability to climb a tree. I read this somewhere but can't remember where. I think it was a book called, "The Tao of Pooh". @ Intrepidity- I also consider myself to be highly introverted but will enjoy the company of other who have common interests such as myself, which is rare. What makes you feel like you are highly introverted. Is it because you enjoy being alone more or because you haven't met anyone that shares your interests. I feel that sometimes being around people for too long drains my energy, it's weird. It's not easy to find that many people interested in lucid dreaming. I love the cold too. By the way, I have a cousin who lives in Canada. She brought me this maple syrup from there and it was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life! lol I live in Miami and can't imagine being in cold weather for too long but would love to see snow. I wonder if people who are interested in lucid dreaming tend to be introverted, which might make it easier to have lucids since introverts tend to be very self-reflective and are therefore more able to be self-aware. What type of video games do you play? I like your favorite saying a lot since it's a great mantra to stay motivated toward a goal. As far as time period I mean like a time in history that you would have liked to live. I would've loved to help you out here with the psychology, but I'm a chemist and don't know much about the stuff behind introverted/extroverted. I think it's pretty cool you're finding a possible link between personality and lucid dreaming though At the moment I play League of Legends a lot, and some single player games like Assassin's creed and Darksiders. As for my signature, I knew that'd be my way of living from the moment I read it. People just tend to overlook the fact that they progress daily. The time period I would've liked to live in might be the middle-ages I think. Can't really explain why but it seems very interesting to me after reading a Song of Ice and Fire . I admire Epicurus for being so.. revolutionary in his time. He is considered to be the first atheist (which was pretty outrageous back then) though he still believed in gods. He just believed they didn't do anything, and thinking that way so openly in his time is admirable, in my opinion. I definitely agree with that statement as well.

@starletdreamer I guess as I got older I let my fears take over, gained a distorted image of myself along the way and projected it onto others(like I thought they saw me the way I viewed myself). Basically it's just irrational nonsensical thinking patterns, yep that about sums it up. Anyways thanks for the recommendation, I don't read as often as I should but when I do they are pretty much always non-fiction. By the way this was a great idea and it was fun to participate.

Hahaha, those teen posts can be annoying I bet. I also have a ferret. We had two but one died =-( it was sad. We buried him with some Egyptian symbols and family drawings. They are so loveable and cute. I love the way they get into those cute positions to sleep. You are the same sign as my son; he also loves creepy pastas. lol

I am also INTJ LucasPotter. What is one of your favorite series? I love Dexter! That's really cool that you're learning different languages. I think the more languages you know, the more you can understand human emotion since our emotions can be communicated in more ways when we know more words to communicate them with. You'd probably love NYC. I went there once in my life and loved it. Nothing like it. I love Miami too. That's where I live. Heard London is beautiful. One of my best friends went there for the holidays. =-)

Convict Conditioning...sounds interesting! Going to check it out! First time I hear of this. Inception is a pretty good movie. When I first saw it I didn't really understand it as clearly as the second time I saw it since I was not studying lucid dreaming at the time I saw it. The second time it was way more clear. I want to watch it again. It's pretty amazing. Hehe, pancakes. Yeah, pancakes are pretty great.

Interesting. Maybe that happens to a lot of us. I think it has happened to me at some point. It's all about perspective and changing the perspective one has. As an introvert I find it hard sometimes to relate to others and my sense of self is difficult to come to terms with when there aren't others to project and relate to. Anyway, interesting insight. Do you consider yourself to be introverted or extroverted? I think a lot of people would consider me an extrovert and to a degree I am. But, I can also be introverted in certain situations. What are your hobbies? Hmm, hobbies, I do art. Used to do black and grey portraiture, but then I decided I hated it and switched to water color paintings. Although, sometimes I think it'd have been interesting to live in a period like the Wild West or the 20's but only for about a month. What interests do you have? @ Intrepidity- I also consider myself to be highly introverted but will enjoy the company of other who have common interests such as myself, which is rare. What makes you feel like you are highly introverted. Is it because you enjoy being alone more or because you haven't met anyone that shares your interests. I feel that sometimes being around people for too long drains my energy, it's weird. I can't really put my finger on why I am introverted. I have met plenty of people who have similar interest, but I never seem to desire much company. Also, like yourself, the more time I spend socializing(For some reason working with other people doesn't seem so draining) with others the more I feel myself becoming mentally drained and depressed. Whereas, spending time alone in my thoughts seems to refresh my mind. It is weird, and I wish I knew why it happens.
