Maybe it was not inititially intended to do so, and it certainly stands alone, but I think your exercise/lesson would be very helpful to LD'ers, especially novices looking for a way to work on focus, or on clearing their mind before, say, setting intentions for a MILD or lying down for a WILD.

Not only that, but if they understand what meditation is, and in such clear terms, when it comes time to incorporate meditation into their work, then dreamers will better know what they are doing, or at least what they are expected to do; and, since WILD is essentially a form of meditation if you look at it just right, that bit of understanding would be most helpful.
