So at the beginning of Thanksgiving break I had my four lucid dream. This got me to research even more than I ever have into the subject. I have had experiences with lucid dreams before and I have dreams frequently that I remember and record. |

Hi Brad. Everything takes time. Spontaneous lucids can sometimes make us feel full of energy, and ready to devote lots of time to LDing. When we do not see immediate results, we can feel disappointed. |

Thank you very much for your response. |

You have been trying since the beginning of the thanksgiving break? Isn't that like less than a week? |

I think positivity plays a big role in lucid dreaming success. |

Stay positive. I found that I have had lucid dreams on days I was lazy with my reality checks and no dreams on days I was obsessively diligent. The state you're in when you go to bed plays a big role in remembering your dreams. This is why I recommend a warm shower or bath before bed. Regular meditation also helps with awareness, which should in turn help you with your goals. |

Thank you all for your inputs. I deeply appreciate your help. So another question. Should I stick with one method until it works or try various methods to see which one works best? Thanks! |
|
Generally you want to stick with a technique for a while before trying another. Methods stay the same, techniques change. |
