If you want lucid dreams extremely often, as in multiple Lucid Dreams every night, then I suggest to you the lucid mindset: Self Awareness. I am currently practicing self awareness myself again after getting distracted a while back. Before I quit, I was really good at self awareness. I had been practicing it for over a month and every night, at least half of my dreams in REM were lucid. Give it a shot. I also mix in DILD with self awareness, a great combo IMO.
One thing though: any technique will lose its effectiveness if you practice it to the point where it stresses you out. That works against you. Never stress out and always know that with practice you will get better even if it will take a few weeks. Time passes, so never give up just because how long something will take.
