If I WBTB to mostly cant remember my dreams. (i've noticed the last month my dream recall is pretty bad compared to months before where I had whole pages written full)

Anways, this would be my WBTB routine:

Alarm 6 hours ahead (I randomly got awake after 6 hours a few times so I kind of know when to set the alarm)
Sleep and do MILD
Wake up, get out of bed, turn light on and read
Stay awake for 30 mins (although I noticed my best attempt was 1 Hour, but kind of unhandy if you got to wake up in the morning)
Do MILD again
