I, too have had very few LDs since learning about it in September. I'd like to know what I'm not doing. I keep a DJ, do RCs to an hourly bell on my phone, MILD, drink apple juice, then water at bedtime; I'm open to doing what I need to get lucid more often. I'm on DV daily reading and learning and I've read EWOLD and other books. I'd appreciate any help. And I have a buddy this month which has been great! |

You are not alone. I want the same thing...more LDs! |

Reality checks in my book are critical. How do you expect to realize you are dreaming, when during a dream it seems as real as reality? If you don't question your reality when awake you won't when asleep. You are skipping the most important ingredient.... or at least one of the foundations. |
|
If you want lucid dreams extremely often, as in multiple Lucid Dreams every night, then I suggest to you the lucid mindset: Self Awareness. I am currently practicing self awareness myself again after getting distracted a while back. Before I quit, I was really good at self awareness. I had been practicing it for over a month and every night, at least half of my dreams in REM were lucid. Give it a shot. I also mix in DILD with self awareness, a great combo IMO. |

"If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we'd accomplish." ~Joel Brown
"Your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are, but you are responsible for who you become." ~Darren Hardy
Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
Depends what you are looking for. Want weekly or bi-weekly lucids? |

The egg is the world.
Who would to be born must first destroy a world.
What exactly are you doing for WBTB? I know everyone is different but that works almost every time for me and I very rarely become lucid just regular DILD. Are you at least having really vivid dreams WBTB? I would recommend taking a full hour and then going back to sleep if you haven't tried that yet. It seems to work better than just 20-30 mins at least for me. After an hour up you will probably be so awake that it's more like a WILD. |
|
If I WBTB to mostly cant remember my dreams. (i've noticed the last month my dream recall is pretty bad compared to months before where I had whole pages written full) |
|
Hmmm... usually diversifying techniques isn't good. It is better to stay on the same technique and tweak it towards lucidity rather than change techniques. |
|
FILD? As in Finger induced or is there some new techniques going around? |
|
Thanks, that seems like a great tutorial, I'll be sure to try it for a few months, I mostly would think techniques didnt work if I wouldnt have any lucids in 1 week and I'd move on to another technique which wouldnt work after a week. Turns out that techniques need atleast a few months |

The answer to this question can be found in three simple words: practice, practice, practice. |
