I have a hard time with my sleeping pattern but I did once have a whole week sleeping at a certain time and waking up at a certain time. But it's been months trying to get a sleeping pattern a few things will happen to me like going to sleep in the afternoon (not intentional) or as it gets to 6-8 at night I will not feel tired anymore. Also on my days off (college) I always turn my alarm off and make a new one for hours later. |
