      Question Have you ever thought that it was a dream when it wasn't?

      One time I woke from a dream and thought for sure that it was a false awakening. My alarm clock was blinking a weird mess of numbers. It turned out that power had gone out which reset my clock. A couple of the little lighted areas that make the digits had also went out

      No, I've never determined that I was dreaming when I wasn't, but I've very seriously questioned that I was dreaming when I wasn't, and remained seriously unsure for a few seconds. This is usually during those strange moods, when I start being aware and suddenly everything feels really strange and unrealistic and dazy.

      Lol, there was this one time at school where I saw one of my dream signs. I was like " YES BITCH THIS IS A DREAM, LET's HAVE SOME FUN!" Nose plug RC - Passed. Finger thru palm RC - passed. WTF this isn't a dream It's a good thing I did a few RC's because there was some good lookin girls around... if you catch my drift.

      I have a dissociative disorder that makes me feel like I'm living in a dream for sometimes days at a time... kind of like living in a haze but with some extra feelings that I can't quite pin down. I recognize the differences now and deal with it alright, but when I was younger it was almost impossible for me to cope with it and I had some really nasty panic problems as a result.

      Sorry if that sounds super vague. >.<

      I once tried to turn my bedside light on, and it just wouldn't. I tried everything. I thought "I must be in a dream!".... I checked by trying to turn on my main bedroom light, and it wouldn't work either, and I got incredibly excited. I tried to fly. I failed.

      Two massive coincidences... ruined my day.

      Today was one of those days. I was practicing ADA and something didn't seem right. Tried looking at the clock and puting my fingers through my hands. To bad i wasn't dreaming and was at school lol.

      Hm, have questioned reality, yes, but never concluded it to be a dream. I honestly don't understand how people can conclude reality is a dream, as *good* RC's are 100% accurate in real life.

      EDIT: Though I meant by "concluding" in that you march around for a bit thinking it is a dream. A quick fault of logic clarified by an RC, or even not clarified but spurred on by tiredness doesn't count.

      Ah, well in my case, I had just woke up and was kind of in that groggy state. I ended up performing a nose pinch RC and figured out I wasn't dreaming, but that crazy clock really through me for a loop at first .

      Haha!

      Today when I did my hand rc, I noticed that my hand looked strange. It turns out that it was my nail from finger through palm rc had made a bluemark on my hand. Lucky me that I realized that after tested a few RC's, cause all my class mates was in the same room if you know what I mean.

      It totaly ruined my day

      No. Thank God. That would be SO embarrassing.
      A few times I've been dreaming and I'd be like "Hey, isn't this a dream?" My (dream) family members give me these strange looks and are like "Uh... what?" So that's humiliating and I've missed getting lucid quite a few times. -.O
      I like waking up and realizing it never happened though.
