Thread: New Age Explained Rationally!

Aw ok again... Over simplifying is good because it goes straight to the point, the value of the journey. It doesn't mean it will be exactly like that.
For example if you see lucid dreaming documentaries, they don'y say that there are many obstacles of awareness along the way that one have to cross or that, sometimes reality checks doesn't work or Dream Journaling might feel exhausting at times. However the people who chose to continue and believe in the possibility of the impossible which also have been proven by many experiences like for example Shamanism and even the aborgines believed in lucid dreaming long before it was accepted science. These people will get the cookie of the jar (LOL I dunno any english expressions.)

I know this is not a fully valid argument, but you see my point?

I don't fully believe in everything Spiritscience say either, like for example crystals ever since I heard about new age I have always laughed to what logic it would be behind that...

But I have empirical evidence of astral projection and even met a guide, helper etc. My usertag "Neter Iapetos" is just a funny idea that the unknown person I met in my AP was a Neter.
I can of course not fully know or even believe that, but it's just a cool idea. Although astral projection or atleat shared telepathic connection is proved to me because my friend shared an experience with my AP mentor and I have explained that before in the forum so I wont write it here again.. =) It wont do anything to anyone else of course, but I just want to make sure that I don't fully sound like a crackpot and don't have any reasons to not believe.

Anyway it sounds like you are still open for something like this to be true, but also skeptical. Then we are on the same page and it's good to be both open and skeptical. I on the other hand might be too open, that is a regular habit of mine, but it have got me far in lucid dreaming so I guess it's good to something...

I just want to spread the love, because somehow I believe a beliefsystem can be very important to what the greek philosophers would call justice, today we would call it morality.

Just look how the Christian religion shaped the morality. And the message in spiritscience is to go towards even more love and to back up it with science (to convince people that love is scientifically the right path).

So either if this is not right or whatever it's still an important message.
