Yay! Good job on getting lucid with the reality check. I find that when I have an irritating time with stabilization in an LD, it's time to move on to a task of some sort. I feel like sometimes I waste too much energy focusing on stabilization, that it wears me out and I wake up or go non lucid. I remember every night to have a "to-do" list of sorts in case I have a random DILD. My list usually includes a TOTM, and maybe one or 2 personal goals, not a long list. I find alot of times having something to do distracts my subconscious enough from tripping me up, and lengthens the dream. |
